"The single most important contribution a woman can impart in this world is the personal insistence to Educate, Inspire and Empower a young woman to achieve far beyond her wildest dreams; when this is perpetual, this single act is the contributing factor and foundation for a successful nation."
- Jamila Thomas, Founder and President, WOMEN DIVINE
"You know how you work out, lift weights everyday to get stronger,
well that is what WOMEN DIVINE is to me, my weights...
I am becoming a stronger woman everyday being a part of WOMEN DIVINE."

The WOMEN DIVINE "Healthy Mind Healthy Woman" program educates young women on how to create and sustain a healthy mind, body & spirit. This program promotes proper nutrition, physical activity and fitness as well as managing stress. This program is designed to bring awareness to diseases that are detrimental to womens health that can possibly be prevented through maintaining a healthy, mind and spirit.
The program will be implemented through a series of workshops and panel discussions with fitness and nutrition experts, as well as introducing our young women to the advantage of participating in organized sports.
WOMEN DIVINE will partner with companies, community organizations, healthcare professionals, fitness professional and culinary professionals to educate, inspire and empower our WOMEN DIVINE Ambassadors through our "Healthy Mind Healthy Woman" program.
The task force is the core component of our program. We work collectively with parents, teachers, counselors, and institutions to develop commitment plans and structured programs of support. Our programs help young women achieve high academic standing and promote community involvement.
We will monitor the needs of each young woman and implement plans of action for support services which include internships, mentoring, tutoring, and volunteerism. We look forward to obtaining monthly progress reports for each student to access progress in grades and classroom participation.
In addition, we will identify the strengths and weaknesses of each student to develop individualized academic programs. Each of our students will receive scholarship and/or financial aid assistance, act/sat preparation, and overall career development with the expectation that each student proactively participates in this process.
We will develop our student's knowledge in liberal arts, humanities and world culture. Our students will participate in monthly activities such as field trips, which include but are not limited to, historical sites, dance theaters, plays, operas, and museums across the United States.
Each year our students will participate in a diplomatic process that will allow them to vote on a cultural exploration that includes traveling to a different country or state.
By empowering young women with the knowledge of the world through enrichment programs, we believe we are improving and enhancing our student's creativity and artistic nature.
Executive Management 101 is a monthly seminar series, internship and investment program that includes monthly team-building and group activities.
The seminars, panel discussions and forums focus on the development of communication skills, financial literacy, and leadership goals.
WOMEN DIVINE will create partnerships with various organizations in order to provide internship opportunities. Each young woman will be responsible for completing at least one internship opportunity before high school graduation.
The investment component enforces a sense of ownership through investment. Each student will be responsible for donating to their college fund and is required to a deposit a minimum of $5 a month, which is deposited into a trust account established by WOMEN DIVINE. Upon graduation from high school, we will return each students full contribution to the trust account with a matching contribution in the form of a scholarship to the college or university of their choice.
Our long term goal and commitment to the investment program is to ultimately supply not only a matching contribution, but to provide each student with a full scholarship to the institution of their choice.
Future Leaders is a leadership and mentoring program, which will promote camaraderie between students.
Adult volunteers, including the executive team of WOMEN DIVINE, will mentor and encourage goal-setting, self discipline, and skill development through on-going communication and support.
In addition, our students will be paired together, seniors will be paired with sophomores and juniors will be paired with freshman in order to encourage the notion and importance of lending a helping hand and giving back to the community.
The young women will also be responsible for completing community service hours, as determined by their own interest in a particular subject or cause.
